Welcome to North Coast Bartenders. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully over a glass of water (or something stronger).

1. The "Dry Hire" Agreement (Alcohol Policy)

In compliance with California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) laws, North Coast Bartenders does not sell or provide alcohol.

  • Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for purchasing all alcoholic beverages.

  • Our Role: We provide the professional bartending staff, tools, mixers, garnishes, and expertise.

  • Leftovers: Any unspent alcohol remains the property of the Client and will be left at the service location at the end of the event.

2. Booking and Deposits

  • Reservation: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date in our calendar.

  • Payments: Final payment is due fourteen (14) days prior to the event date. We’re pretty easy to work with us, let us know asap if you need a different payment schedule prior to your event.

  • Cancellations: We get it—life happens. However, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Service Environment & Safety

  • Flat Ground: Our mobile bar setup requires a level, stable surface.

  • Coverage: For outdoor events in the North Coast, we require a covered area (tent or permanent structure) to protect our team and equipment from sun or rain.

  • Refusal of Service: We are committed to "Top Shelf" safety. Our bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears overly intoxicated or is acting in an unsafe or aggressive manner.

  • Underage Drinking: We have a zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking. We will ID anyone who looks under 35. No ID, no drink—no exceptions.

4. Liability & Insurance

  • Coverage: North Coast Bartenders carries General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance.

  • Host Liability: While we are insured, the Client (Host) assumes ultimate responsibility for their guests' behavior and safe transport home. We highly recommend encouraging designated drivers or ride-share services.

5. Media Release

We love showing off our work! Unless you explicitly tell us "no photos," you grant North Coast Bartenders permission to take photos/videos of our bar setup and staff at your event for use in our portfolio, website, and social media. We promise to make you look good.

6. Limitation of Liability

North Coast Bartenders is not responsible for power outages, extreme weather "Acts of God," or venue-related issues that prevent us from performing our duties. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.
